Not at all. Our Beginner Pilates programme is designed from the ground up — we introduce you to breath, alignment, and core awareness at a pace that feels natural and comfortable. Many of our most dedicated members started with zero experience.

Mat Pilates uses your body weight as resistance — foundational, accessible, practisable anywhere. Reformer Pilates adds a spring-resistance machine that expands the range of exercises, targets muscles more precisely, and allows for progressive challenge. Many members weave both into their routine.

Two to three sessions per week is the sweet spot for most clients. You'll feel differences in posture and body awareness within the first two weeks, with visible physical changes typically appearing within six to eight weeks of consistent practice.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow us to observe your alignment. Grip socks are recommended for Reformer sessions and are available in-studio. Bring a water bottle and arrive five minutes early so we can walk you through the space.
